A. TMG Hajj Group has been serving pilgrims for over 2 Decades, providing personalized services to ensure a seamless and spiritually enriching Hajj and Umrah experience.

2: How many days are your Hajj packages?

A: TMG Hajj packages range from 8 to 25 days, depending on the hotel category chosen: Executive, Deluxe, or Classic.

3. What do you mean by Executive, Deluxe, and Classic packages?

• Executive: Includes 5-star services during the Mina Hajj Mashair Days, accommodation at the 5-star Azizia Hotel, and 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Medinah.
• Deluxe: Offers 3-star accommodation at the Azizia Hotel, and 4 to 5-star hotels in Makkah and Medinah, with B-category services during the Mina Hajj Mashair Days.
• Classic: Provides economy-building accommodation in Azizia, and 3 to 4-star hotels in Makkah and Medinah, along with B/C category services during the Mina Hajj Mashair Days.

5. What are the specific hotels for Executive, Deluxe, and Classic packages?

• Executive: Accommodation at the 5-star “Park Inn by Radisson” in Azizia, along with premium services.
• Deluxe: Accommodation at a 3-star hotel in Azizia as basic service.
• Classic: Economy buildings in Azizia with Maktab B or C category services.

6. What is included in your Hajj package?

A: Our Hajj package includes the following:
• Return Economy Class Ticket: From Pakistan, via any airline.
• Luxury Accommodation: Stay in 5-star hotels or as per the selected package, with half-board meals (breakfast and dinner).
• Exclusive Clubhouse and 24/7 assistance for Executive package.
• Comprehensive Transportation: Door-to-door service, including transportation between hotels and the complete Mina Mashair journey in shared group buses.

8. What additional services can we book?

A: The Hajj experience can be enhanced by adding the following additional services:
• Private vehicle transfers (door-to-door service)
• Wheelchair assistance during Hajj days (8-12 ZH)
• Private GMC vehicle during Hajj days instead of buses
• Upgrade to a business-class airline ticket

9. Is it better to visit Medina before or after Hajj?

Visiting Medina before Hajj allows pilgrims to spiritually prepare in a serene atmosphere while visiting afterward offers a chance to rest and reflect after completing the pilgrimage. Both options hold spiritual significance.

10. What is the distance between Azizia and the Haram in Makkah?

Azizia is located around 6 to 7 kilometers from Haram, making it a convenient location for pilgrims. Regular shuttle services are available to transport pilgrims to the Grand Mosque.

11. Do other Hajj operators offer combined Azizia hotel and building accommodation packages?

Not all Hajj operators offer combined packages for hotels and buildings in Azizia, but TMG provides exclusive one-and-only Star Hotel packages that offer flexibility and comfort during pilgrimage.

12. Why choose to stay in Azizia during Hajj?

Staying in Azizia offers easier access to Mina and Jamarat, as well as more affordable accommodation options. It also provides a quieter stay compared to the Haram area, with regular shuttle services available.

13. How far is TMG’s Park Inn by Radisson from the Jamarat escalators or Bus Station?

TMG’s Park Inn by Radisson is located 1 KM from the Jamarat Bus Station and the second-floor escalators, offering easy access to one of the key ritual sites during Hajj.

14. What is the easiest way to reach the Jamarat escalators or Bus Station from TMG’s Azizia accommodation? Is it available 24/7?

By walking or taking the shuttle/gulf cart service provided by TMG from Azizia accommodation to the Jamarat escalators or Bus Station. Saudi KSA Authorities have the right to stop at any time due to rush & stampede.

15. Is Qurbani included in the package? How do we receive confirmation of Qurbani, if booked?

No, a supplement has to be booked. After performing Rami (Jamarat on Day 1), the Qurbani Desk at your respective hotel needs to be informed. Once recorded, the confirmation of Qurbani will be updated in the Qurbani list within 4 to 6 hours.

16. What are the different tent categories in Mina during Hajj?

In Mina, tents are categorized based on their comfort level, with options ranging from standard tents to air-conditioned units. Higher categories offer additional amenities like bedding and improved facilities.

17. What are the Mashair, and why are they important during Hajj?

Mashair refers to the sacred sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. These sites are critical for the completion of essential Hajj rituals, and pilgrims spend five days in these areas performing acts of worship.

18. Where is Mina located, and when should I wear Ihram for Hajj?

Mina is about 6 km from the Haram in Makkah. Pilgrims should enter Ihram before reaching Mina (a specific boundary around Makkah), or before leaving from Hotel to Mina.

19. Are meals included during Hajj days?

A: Yes, Food is provided with common buffet during the days of Mina Camps, Arafat Camps and in Muzdalifah we provide Dry snack boxes (8th to 12th Zilhijjah).

20. What are the different tent categories in Mina, and do they offer air conditioning?

The tents in Mina vary in terms of amenities, with some offering air conditioning for greater comfort. Higher-tier categories provide additional conveniences, such as more space and improved bedding arrangements.

21. How do I know my Maktab number in Mina?

Maktab numbers, which indicate pilgrim’s assigned tent in Mina, will be provided by TMG upon arrival, ensuring pilgrams exactly where to stay during the Hajj rituals.

22. When do we move to Arafat, and what are the arrangements?

Pilgrims move to Arafat on the 9th day of Dhul Hijjah. TMG will arrange transportation and provide tents and meals, ensuring a comfortable stay during the day spent at Arafat.

23. What happens in Muzdalifah, and how do we get there from Arafat?

After sunset on the 9th day of Dhul Hijjah, pilgrims travel to Muzdalifah, where they collect pebbles/Stones for the Jamarat stoning ritual. TMG arranges transportation and simple accommodations, often involving sleeping under the open sky.

24. How do I apply for a Hajj package?

Hajj package can be online by visiting our website, or any of our head or regional offices can be visited for in-person assistance.

25. What documents are required to apply for Hajj processing?

The following documents are required for Hajj processing:

  • A valid Pakistani passport, valid until at least January 1, 2026
  • CNIC or NICOP
  • A recent 3×4 cm photograph
  • Proof of blood group
  • Completed and signed data form
  • Nominee’s name and address along with their CNIC, in case of emergency.

26. Do I need to have a Pakistani passport?

Yes, our short Hajj packages are exclusively for overseas Pakistanis who hold dual nationality. A valid Pakistani passport is required to obtain a Hajj visa.

27. Where will our passports be stored during Hajj?

During Hajj, passports are securely held by Saudi Authorities. TMG will manage all necessary documentation and ensure a smooth process during your pilgrimage.

28. Which passport will be used for entry and exit in Saudi Arabia, and do we need to come to Pakistan first?

Pakistani passports will be used at the immigration counter in Saudi Arabia for both entry and exit. Additionally, traveling to Pakistan first is not needed; applicants can directly fly to Saudi Arabia from their country of residence, such as the USA or Canada.

29. Is Hajj training provided?

Yes, we offer one pre-Hajj training session in Karachi and Dubai, along with multiple Zoom sessions that will be communicated to overseas pilgrims.

31. Can I go for Hajj-e-Badl if I have already performed Hajj in the past?

Yes, with TMG Group, Hajj or Hajj-e-Badl can be performed again, even if the applicant has already completed their Hajj in the past, especially for a deceased loved one.

Health and Safety

32. Do I need any vaccinations before traveling for Hajj?

Yes, the Saudi Ministry of Health requires all visitors to have a valid vaccination certificate against Meningococcal Meningitis and Influenza Seasonal. This certificate must be issued no more than two years and no less than 10 days before you arrive in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, travelers arriving from countries with yellow fever outbreaks (as listed in the World Health Organization [WHO] Weekly Epidemiological Record) must present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate, per International Health Regulations.

33. Where should I go if I become ill during Hajj? Are there hospitals in Makkah?

Yes, there are hospitals and healthcare facilities available in Makkah for pilgrims who may fall ill. Medical assistance can be sought at designated healthcare centers throughout the city.
